On Friday 15th July, the Year 10 Geography students went to the Natural History Museum. They visited the following exhibitions: ‘Restless Surface’- volcanoes and earthquakes. They were able to compare the tectonic plates and the occurrence of natural hazards using interactive displays along the plate boundaries.

This was to support them with Paper 1, Natural Hazards as part of the GCSE Geography course. They were also able to visit Dippy the Dinosaur as it has returned to the museum after a 5-year tour around the UK!
