Pizza making

While their class mates were at Sayers Croft, Year 4 children at school were kept busy completing drama workshops, making dens and designing and making their own pizzas, which were stored in boxes complete with their own branding. Yum!

Year 4 Badminton

To finish off a busy week, eight Year 4 pupils attended a Badminton Festival run by Crawley Sports Partnership. The children developed their skills with the help of Sports Leaders from Holy Trinity school.

World Book Day Spoons

Gossops Green celebrated World Book Day on Thursday and all children were asked to decorate a wooden spoon as their favourite book character. The children rose to the challenge admirably. These are just a very small selection of the spoons on offer. Well done everyone!

Holding hearts

Year 5 and 6 were literally holding hearts in their hands during a recent science lesson. All of the children got the opportunity to dissect a lamb’s heart as part of their studies. The lesson was a huge success with children calling it ‘fascinating, interesting and fun’.

Bag 2 School Update

A HUGE thank you to everyone who donated their old clothes for Bag 2 School. We collected a whopping 310kgs of clothes, which resulted in £124 for our school fund! We are hoping to put this money towards our Edible Garden and our Outside Play and Learn areas.
